Over the past 15 years, Benjamin has built up a strong network of financial investors in Germany and abroad.

Benjamin supports private equity and venture capital investors as well as family offices in their search for the best people for their investment teams. He also supports medium-sized investors in their search for suitable managing directors in their portfolios.

Prior to founding Schlote Partners in 2019, he was a partner at an SME debt fund and worked in investment banking for more than 10 years.

Benjamin is a lawyer and studied economics. He lives with his family in Munich.
