Executive Search

  • Following a thorough assessment of needs, we work with our clients to define the desired requirements profile for the vacant position. It is particularly important to define all relevant criteria relating to both entrepreneurial experience and personal skills and abilities.

  • On the basis of the developed job profile, we define an individual search strategy. In addition to our own database and our personal network, we carry out a market and competition analysis to create a detailed list of target companies.

  • This is when the identification of suitable candidates begins. To this end, we use all relevant platforms and tools to find the right personalities. Depending on whether it is a confidential search, we expand the pool of applicants by placing job postings.

  • In the confidential interviews conducted by Schlote Partners, we check all qualifications and only present candidates who match the defined job profile. In addition to the qualifications, the general conditions such as the salary range, notice period and motivation to change jobs are also discussed.

  • The candidates presented by Schlote Partners are now included in the client's interview process. We are on hand to advise both the candidates and our clients throughout the entire process. If desired, we can take part in the interviews and moderate them. We also assist in the decision and selection of the right personality by conducting reference calls among others.

  • After the successful hiring, Schlote Partners takes care of a sustainable placement. For example, we hold a meeting with the candidate and client during the probationary period to ensure a smooth working relationship and provide timely support if required.
