After his vocational training and studies in business psychology, Torben started his professional career at two renowned personnel and management consultancies. First at Rochus Mummert with a focus on corporate succession solutions and then at Heads! International in the TMT and finance sector.

At Schlote Partners, Torben is primarily the point of contact for portfolio companies and industrial clients. His work focuses in particular on filling 1st and 2nd management levels and strategic staff functions. Torben regularly builds entire management teams in medium-sized companies of German investors.
